About Smart HRD
Since 2000, Smart HRD has been collaborating with organizations, teams, and employees who either were changing or wanted to. We utilize our skills and tools to provide an insight into an organization’s potential and help in appointing the right person to the right place through assessment. Smart HRD skilfully uses gaming-, coaching-, training-, and change-programs in order to achieve the development of an organization.
We are active throughout the Netherlands in most sectors dealing with large-scale change- and development-procedures, but we are just as effective in dealing with individual cases. We want to find the best solution to your problem. We are more than happy to share our expertise in the fields of assessment, development, training, and appointment.
