What to expect from an assessment
The duration of an assessment can vary between two hours to a full day. An invitation will be sent beforehand, providing you with the most important details, including the schedule, location, and duration. We will also send you a username/password combination which can be used to answer a survey on a secure website. This survey will be answered before the assessment, as it will be used later on.
The primary goal of each assessment is to provide us with objective insight into the candidate’s strengths and weaknesses, and how to deal with them (training, coaching, etc.)
