Outdoor Training

Sometimes it’s better for a (management-) team to find themselves in a situation they are not familiar with. When people are pushed out of their daily routine, they start to understand the ways in which they can grow. Outdoor-programs have proven their use time over time. These outdoor-programs can be utilized on their own, but can usually be found incorporated into a larger training-program. These activities are always combined with a pleasing environment. We have three standard options in outdoor-activities, each of which we can plan for a daypart or an entire day. We can always shape the activities to the needs of the client.

Team outing

We are able to organise a low-profile team outing during which you and your colleagues will follow a predetermined route using a kayak. This activity mostly focuses on having a fun day. The maximum amount of participants is ten.

Training on water

It is also possible for us to organise a more intricate activity during which you and your colleagues will use a kayak, gps and walkie-talkies to reach a predetermined location as fast as possible. Leadership-, cooperation- and communication-skills will predominantly be tested, but this activity can also be used to get to know your colleagues. The maximum amount of participants is ten.

Training on land

This activity is almost identical to the training on water. The biggest difference is the fact that this activity takes place on land, which creates the possibility to organise it on a rainy day. Another difference is that it is possible for us to organise this day for a group of up to 40 participants.
